Terms and Conditions:

  • “Ambassador” customers must have stayed at Ermitage in the past.

  • The other guest must come to the hotel for the first time and stay with us in the same period as the ambassador customer, in a different room.

  • Both guests are required to stay for at least 7 nights.

  • The discount is applied for each room, single or double, and does not extend to any accompanying people.

  • This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.

  • In order to enjoy the Ambassador’s action, you are required to ask for it by e-mail by booking your stay. The reduction preview shall be detracted only if confirmed by e-mail from hotel.
  • The new guest must deliver the “Ambassador Christmas Gift” envelope, received as a gift, to the hotel reception.

Love Generation Promotion

Ermitage loves families. Three Generations of the same family on holiday together?

Irrespective of age, one generation can stay for free.

Validity: all season 2020, except Christmas’ and New Year’s Festivity

Terms and Conditions:

  • Grandparents, Parents and Grandchildren must belong to the same family group.

  • The guests must all stay at Ermitage in the same period, for the same number of days, with the same room and board mode.

  • The generation enjoying the free stay shall do so for the whole duration of their hotel stay, even if they are adults. The free generation must share the room with a paying family member.

  • Only one grandchild for each grandparent and parent shall be entitled to the free stay.

  • Only the hotel stay is free. Health and wellness treatments and bar and restaurant services are excluded from the free offer.
